1. Do you uplift and remove old flooring?  Yes, if required.  There will be a minimum charge of £45 to cover high waste disposal costs.  For health and safety reasons we cannot take away heavily soiled flooring.

2. Do you move furniture?  We ask that you remove as much as possible. Empty drawers, remove bedding, remove breakables, pictures etc.  If there are heavy items that you cannot move, please discuss with us so we can ensure we have enough staff members on the job to move these items at no extra charge.

3. Is there an additional charge for stairs? Yes, due to the more complex nature of fitting such areas there is an additional charge of £40 for stairs.

4. Is there an additional charge for bathrooms?  Yes, £40 – again due to the more complex nature of fitting in such areas.

5. Will there be additional charges?  Our quote will usually be for the finished job unless we discover something on the day.  We will discuss this with you before proceeding.

6. When can I walk on my floor after it has been screeded?  Approx drying time in normal conditions is 5 hours.
